 Obesity  is a major issue of concern for people around the globe. It is affecting people of every age group. Obesity is a physical state of a body where the body abnormally gains weight with the span of time.It  has no specific underlines to which age groups it affects the most. But researches have been done that  proves  between 18-45  age group are popular victims. The disease becomes fatal when builds path to deadly diseases like  diabetes, inflammation of kidneys , paralysis of brain, risk of heart attack due to increase in level cholesterol,thyroid etc.Weight loss plans are being proposed by many renowned health centers. As per the studies weight loss is brought by 60% diet and 40% workout  at least 4 times a week. Dietitians believe a person should go for natural diet rather than opt for artificial weight loss supplements.There are some foods  that  are highly effective in shedding down fat from the body.   

  1. BEANS:- They are commonly known as legumes.These includes kidney,garbanzo,black,pinto and navy  beans. They are  highly rich source of  protein and fiber thus packed with nutritive value that helps in melting down of excessive body fat. As proteins  boost  the satiety and calorie expenditure on the other side fiber provide feeling of full without the intake of extra calories. So beans are just the prior choice of body food in maintaining a  good  health.                     
  2. ALMONDS:- Nuts especially almonds are considered as weight loss pills due its excellent weight loss properties.They are rich in L-arginine amino acid that boosts the melting of fat more quickly under restricted diet and daily proper workouts. Eating a cup of more than a quarter of almonds every morning results in faster weight loss than complex carbohydrates and sunflower oil.
  3.  GREEN TEA:-Performing workouts daily without  drinking a cup of green tea is a waste.  It is so because studies have shown that drinking of 4-5 cups of green tea daily has actually given excellent results when paired with heavy workouts. It contains a powerful anti-oxidant called catechins that hinders the belly fat and aids rapid fat loss.It also keeps the mind fresh all day along and maintains a healthy body.
       
  4.   EGGS:-They are rich source of protein that should be included at least 3 times a week in a health diet. Eggs are highly nutrition source as it contain proteins, vitamin A, D, E,K and B 12, zinc but just contain 85% calorie. Eggs are low carb diet that help in providing satiety and lesser the extra calorie intake in diet.                      
  5. GRAPEFRUIT:-It  is a magic fruit that has a number of hidden benefits in it. It is a rich source of vitamin C and stimulates fat loss by boosting  metabolism in the body. Eating of half a grapefruit  before a meal  results in rapid weight loss and fiber content in it provide feeling of full thus reducing  timely cravings. It has compounds that reduce the insulin level that ensures more conversion of glucose into energy than storing it as fat.

Increasing body weight  is no more a private affair. It has become most talked global issue. Most of the people around the world is suffering from  uncontrolled increase in body weight  that has lead to various deadly diseases such as one of them is obesity. Obesity is root to many diseases like diabetes type 2, increased the risk of heart attack, strokes, multi-organ failure ,thyroid ,arthritics, etc.In 


USA researchers are looking to perfect diet plan meals with limited  workout that would help in reducing weight  and maintain healthy body. With a healthy diet there should also be a routine workouts that targets the muscles making them lean and stiff. Here are some sets of exercises that would give complete sense of fitness and help in maintaining right body weight.



1.      CARDIO EXERCISES:- These exercises regulates proper functioning of heart, improves blood circulation, increase oxygen supply in blood , etc. It includes walking, jogging, running, skipping rope, cycling, swimming, etc. It also helps in complete movement of muscles of the body. 

2.      CRUNCHES:- It is the best exercise to reduce belly fat and fat around waist. As we know belly fat is highly dangerous as it make the body prone to the risk of heart attacks, strokes, hemorrhage due high blood pressure, etc. The exercise targets the abdominal muscles, belly region and waist area .Regular performing 2-3 sets with 10 each a set melts down the belly fat in few days.

5.      PUSHUPS:- The exercise involves the movement of the whole body. It works on the biceps and triceps muscles.It strengthens the  muscles of forearm making it lean.By regular performing 3 sets with 5 each helps in eliminating the excess fat from arms.
